Evolving to come ahead requirementsTo satisfy to the best the new requests and rules, our park is regularly supplied with new machines. This alliance of complementary equipments is the key to always more adapted responses and to incessantly optimised performances. Set for teams continuously relaying, our 22 robotised presses of 60 to 320 tons guarantee a setting of injection technique in optimal conditions. The relay is taken by more than 10 completion lines, dedicated to jars and bottles on press exit, to jars taking back, to tops or even to parts in shape. 
The new factory construction in 1991 has come to materialise a pro-environmental process recorded in lasting.
Our production tool carries our commitment for a durable development. With control process at all the production steps, from the raw materials reception to the pre –series departure, to the final tests before departure to fabrication, our workshops guarantee an optimised quality. The traceability of all the development phases, associated to the validations of each key-phase, ensures a standard result conform in every point to your specifications book. |
